How to Combine Chains
To increase the number of options our athletes have to accurately load the correct percentage we use both ½” and ⅝” heavy chain as well as end clip and center clip. For example:

End-clipped and Center-clipped
Example 1: Athlete needs 45 pounds of chain (total):
⅝” heavy chain (center clipped) + ½” heavy chain (end clipped)

Example 2: Athlete needs 90 pounds of chain (total):
2 sets of ⅝” heavy chain (center clipped) + ½ heavy chain (center clipped)
