This set-up is an alternative for those who don’t have a Power Rack. Flip the spotter arms upside down to get it closer to the floor to mirror a power rack. The pin placement is identical to the power rack, with a pin in 12th upright (47.5” on center off of the floor) and 5th hole of the safety spotter arm (replicating the power rack set up). Remember that it’s most important that the band is vertical at the start of the squat so this could be +/- the 5th pin.

It’s not uncommon on this set up to have fuss a bit with getting the side to side balance right with the bands when setting this up. If you find the tension uneven side to side you will need to feed some slack from between the upright T pin and crossmember T pin towards the span between the crossmember T pin and the barbell.
