Squats: Re-direct Power Rack

Source image annotations show the 12th upright hole and 5th crossmember hole.
The peg in the upright is placed in the 12th hole (counting up from the floor). The peg in the crossmember is in the 5th hole (counted from the front upright, do not count the hole in the upright, just the crossmember). It’s not uncommon on this set up to have to fuss a bit with getting the side to side balance right with the bands when setting this up. If you find the tension uneven side to side, you will need to feed some slack from between the upright T pin and crossmember T pin, towards the span between the crossmember T pin and the barbell.
If you need to set the j-cups so that they are covering the 12th hole of the upright then you will need to drop in down to the 11th hole. If you want accurate tensions you will need to measure from this pin hole (see pg. 29)
