Dumbbells Band Tension

Position the dumbbells so when you’re standing in the start position of the lift the long run of the band is vertical (as viewed from the side) and the bands (left to right) are slightly closer together at the bottom where they loop around the inside dumbbell than they are at the top where they attach to the bar.
If you are using two different weights of dumbbells the heavier pair will go on the inside (closest to the athlete).
