This band set up is an old school option. Rack pulls can also be done using the same set up as on page 40). The largest difference between this set up and the set up on page 40 is the tension from the start position to the finish position in this version is much more extreme. There’s a larger contrast in weight through a small range of motion (see Master band tension on page 87).
