RUBICON.fitness

RUBICON.fitness

Cross the damn river.

RUBICON.fitness turns coach-authored strength training into a session an athlete can execute at the rack. The app keeps the prescription, the athlete’s plan, the work in progress, and the logged result connected instead of scattering them across a spreadsheet and a score feed.

The public site also carries a movement library and a source-backed Conjugate Training Guide. Athletes sign in for their own training, history, benchmarks, and editable logged lifts. Private athlete data stays behind the authenticated app and scoped agent access.

Train from the prescription

Open the current session, plan the working load, use the prescribed timer, log each set, and review prior work without leaving the training flow. The athlete owns the result and can correct a logged lift when the numbers are wrong.

Keep the coach’s intent

The RUBICON programming system is coach-authored. The athlete surface preserves the movement, method, pacing, equipment, cues, and result shape that the coach released instead of guessing from display text.

Bring a trusted agent

Rubicon MCP is a remote Streamable HTTP server for trusted agents. OAuth scopes separate training reads, athlete writes, feedback reads, programming drafts, and operator-only release work. The developer guide includes exact setup commands for Codex and Claude Code.
